And I’m BACK in the Game!

Suddenly, my energy levels have skyrocketed. Which is great, because I really really wanted to get back into exercise. I’m determined to at least build up some muscle (I have tuckshop-lady arms… *shudder*).

So I headed to the gym and managed a one hour workout with ease. Including 20 minutes on the treadmill – two of those minutes running. Oh my. I don’t think you can appreciate being able to run for 10% of your workout until you spend at least a couple of years unable to even think about running without collapsing. And it felt fantastic. I was running with a big grin on my face (and Offspring blaring in my ears). Oh, the bliss… 🙂
